Families In TRANSition (FIT): Caregiver Group
A 10-week educational program for parents of trans and nonbinary youth, offering an excellent in-depth introduction. FIT requires an intake interview and a commitment to attend the entire program.

Friends of Ruby
A drop-in space for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth ages 16 to 29. Friends of Ruby provides free counselling, housing, and social services.

Transfemme and Nonbinary Support Group
An online support space exclusively for trans women, transfeminine, and nonbinary Torontonians aged 18 years and older. No presentation requirements—come as you are! Email for registration and more information.

Jewish Rainbow Alliance
Offered by Jewish Family and Child Service. Monthly support for parents and caregivers of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals.

Wide range of support groups, including neuroqueer, Black Queer Youth, Wellness Mornings, and more.

Peer-to-peer youth support over the phone or online.
