Support meetings

Connect with other parents and family members of 2SLGBTQIA+ people to empower your loved ones—and each other.

We can be stronger allies when we stand together and share our experiences, worries, and wins. That’s why Toronto Pflag hosts a range of peer support meetings, each committed to warmth, compassion, and love in every discussion. We’ve been where you are, and we can travel with you on your journey.

Please note that our meetings are all geared toward adults.

Not ready to attend a meeting yet? Browse the resources on our site for trustworthy information that you can review privately—and know that we’ll be here when you’re ready!

Our facilitators

Every one of our support meetings and workshops is led by a trained facilitator. While we are not credentialed professionals, our volunteers bring many years of personal experience and continuous learning, along with the compassion and empathy required to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

If you’re interested in becoming a facilitator, please see how you can get involved.
